Cumpri brings small groups together around a shared challenge with a deadline. The product connects a public landing page to a mobile-first web app for organizing challenges and following progress.
The problem to solve
Starting a goal is different from keeping it going. Groups need a shared place to define the challenge, record daily progress and see who is participating, without losing those updates in a chat.
What I built
The experience centers on challenges, invitations by link and daily check-ins with text or photos. Streaks, points and rankings make progress visible to the group. The monorepo separates an Astro landing page, a React PWA and a Fastify API with Drizzle and PostgreSQL.
Where it stands
The project brings product communication, the participant experience and the backend into one codebase. The landing page presents the proposal for different uses, including studying, fitness, music and creative work.
This case describes the product and its implementation. Adoption, retention and behavioral outcomes are not yet documented here.
